The Tavel Domaine Lafond is characterized by a very pure soft pink color. The dominant aromas are complex, red and white fruits are associated with floral notes. Over time these fruity aromas evolve towards more mellow notes, with touches of spices and stone fruits, while the color is enriched with amber reflections. It has, from the first year, all its aromas but has an exceptional potential for aging. Pairs well with starters, Mediterranean dishes, grilled meats, fried fish, but also with white meats and poultry. It is also the wine of brandade, bourride and bouillabaisse. In addition, Tavel is particularly recommended with Asian cuisine; indeed, it harmonizes perfectly with the flavors of the Far East. However, it can accompany a whole meal, from the aperitif to the cheese, thus avoiding certain mixtures.
