A tropical whiff of passion fruit hovers enticingly on the nose. A touch of this also clings aromatically to the taut palate where concentrated citrus notes of orange, lemon and tangerine dominate. This is resolutely dry and bouncingly fresh with precision, fruit and verve. The finish is totally refreshing and lip-smacking.

Deep and intense, with smoky and refreshing ripe fruit and lemon aromas on the nose, the 2015 Riesling Grand Cru Eichberg is a powerful and rich, slightly sweet, but well-structured and elegant wine with a clear, long, lemon-fresh and aromatic, nicely salty finish. Still young, this dry Eichberg should have a good aging potential of 6-10 years.
