Elegant and refined with alluring red and black fruits, flowers and mocha in the nose and mouth, this Rosso di Montalcino is made from the younger Brunello vines. It will make a perfect accompaniment to pork dishes, especially with rosemary accents, grilled tuna, pasta pomodoro or bolognese, and/or with fine Italian cheeses.

Medium red/garnet in color, the 2022 Rosso Di Montalcino is ripe with notes of baked strawberries, mixed berries, crushed flowers, and sweet Mediterranean herbs. Medium-bodied, it has a chalky texture with a sunny feel, although it would seem it's well done for the vintage and is best enjoyed over the next couple of years.
