A wonderfully balanced Pinot Gris that has enough body to counter the acidity, as well as a hint of residual sugar to help round out the finish, starting out with aromas of green apple, lemon pith and raw almond. First taste is a pop of acidity right at the front of the palate that soon transforms into the mid- palate with lingering flavors of white peach and lemon peel.
