Blended with 10% Merlot, this is a delightfully balanced and elegant red wine, supple in red fruit and muted tannin. The structure offers integration and lifted acidity, the wine light in savory tones of earth and cedar.

More graphite, blackcurrants, smoked earth, cedar, and tobacco notes emerge from the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Mise en Place. It's nicely textured and medium-bodied, with good overall freshness and a clean finish. It's well-made and enjoyable.
