When young, our Clos-de-Vougeot develops a very complete and varied aromatic palette of wild red and black berries. With aging, it evolves towards notes of light tobacco and tea. The palate is robust but not rustic, with a mentholated note that may be appreciated vintage after vintage. Try this Grand Cru with red meat dishes and roasted game. Also recommended with cheeses such as full-flavored Epoisses or creamy Brillat-Savarin.

A beam of cherry anchors this intense red. Though concentrated, this stays agile, with cinnamon, vanilla, currant and licorice flavors. Compact and underlined by dusty tannins, this comes back to the cherry element on the finish. Best from 2023 through 2042. 250 cases made, 50 cases imported.
