With a pale golden color the wine presents aromas full of nuances, in which is the typical Godello varietal that inmediately stand out, it shows hints of dried flowers, citrus and an elegant minerality. On the palate is broad and well structured, with a long and balanced acidity.

Based on 100% Godello that spent 8 months in French oak, the 2017 La Revelia showed beautifully, with a touch of maturity in its mulled pear and pineapple-laced aromatics as well as richer, medium to full-bodied profile on the palate. As with many top Godello, it has a terrific balance of richness and freshness, with a bright spine of acidity, integrated oak, and a dry, classy finish. It's going to shine on the dinner table and has the ability to evolve for another decade, if you're so inclined.

This rich white is generous yet focused. Pear, quince, heather and vanilla flavors are backed by citrusy acidity, with accents of mineral, tangerine and smoke. Harmonious. Drink now through 2024. 2,500 cases made, 450 cases imported.

Their top white Godello from Bierzo is the 2017 La Revelía, produced with fruit from a warm, ripe and dry year. It fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels, where the wine matured for eight months. Despite the ripe year, the wine has kept its poise and balance, and the oak feels very integrated. It has good freshness and a lively palate with focused flavors and a long finish. 5,000 bottles produced.

Limpid yellow. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas develop floral and mineral nuances as the wine opens up. Bright and focused on the palate, offering juicy pear, Meyer lemon and melon flavors that deepen through the back half. Finishes long and silky, with a mineral flourish and a lingering lemon note.

Strong aromas of haystack and oak grain are waxy and austere. This Godello is full in body and boosted by a jolt of core acidity before it loses steam. Cidery apple and oak-grain flavors are backed by lees notes and early oxidation, while the finish is woody and dry. Drink now.
