An instant success, the 2017 Pollard Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful floral nose with aromas of dark plum, red cherry skin, hints of lavender, cinnamon spice and touches of turned earth, with a hint of dried herbs and rose petals in the glass. Medium-bodied, the wine has impeccable balance and finesse that sashays with elegance and a balanced structure with lifting tannins. The wine continues to evolve on the persistent, lingering floral finish. Such elegance! Drink Date: 2020-2028.

All Cabernet from Clone 191 and clone 4, brought up in 20% new oak, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Pollard Vineyard offers more classic Bordeaux-like notes of cedary herbs, toasted spices, cassis, and tobacco. Medium-bodied, elegant, and finesse-oriented, it's beautiful today yet will be beautiful in a decade.
