The soil in Huet's Le Mont vineyard is pebbly and consists mainly of green-coloured clay and silica. The wines produced in this vineyard are traditionally elegant and poised. Vinified in the tradition of the house, the pure, chiseled, mineral flint of the Le Mont vineyard comes through on the nose and the palate.

A very expressive, rich and inviting wine, with an enticing mix of juicy lemon, yellow apple and honeysuckle flavors flecked with dried thyme, brioche and chamomile tea. Shows a lot of stuffing, with vivid acidity and chalky tannins providing a framework for the density, extending through the quinine-laced finish. Drink now through 2032.
